As you might have read at my Home Page and in the newspaper article about me that was published in the June 20, 1992 issue of Stamp Collector, I started collecting stamps when I was nine (9) years old. I have been collecting stamps for about sixty-five (65) years. Further you might have read that it was my uncle who used to give me a small amount of money each month to buy stamps.
I would be interested in helping children around the world who are beginning to collect stamps. The age of any child that I am willing to help has to be under 15 years of age.
If you are also interested in helping children around the world, you can send me your duplicate stamps. Include your name and e-mail address in the stamps packet, so that anyone who receives your stamps can send you a short "Thank You". - A short statement telling me how he/she started to collect stamps
- A picture showing the child holding up a stamp album
- Some picture proof of the child's age
- This is a one (1) time offer for any child.

FREE STAMPS FOR YOUNGSTERS
The International Society of Worldwide Stamp Collectors (ISWSC) is dedicated to helping youngsters collect and enjoy worldwide stamps. Through the generosity of their members, they are giving away free stamp packets to any child under age 17. All they ask is that you send them a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) if you reside in the US, or an international reply coupon (IRC) if you live in another country, to help defray postage expenses. A SASE is an envelope with your name and address on it, as well as a first class stamp. They will use this to send you your free stamps. Fold this envelope and include it with your request. IRCs are available at many post offices in other nations which prepay return postage. Requests without a SASE or an IRC will not be processed.
They can also supply free stamps to school stamp clubs and other collecting groups for youngsters. Group leaders should write to them mentioning the number of kids involved, their ages and interests.
